Sometimes Asset pro can show this when going on the website:http://orchasset-l:3100/users/sign_in
To fix this, you need to restart the rails service.
Go to orchasset-l (the server, via vsphere or RDP)
Log in with your DA or the orchadmin account
Open the services and find "Promaster_Live_Rails"
Right click on this and restart the service
It will take about 5 minutes for it to fully come back up but you should see the logon screen on asset pro after
