QNAP Not Being Connected After Server upgrade

It should reconnect itself after restart but when it gets stuck on reconnecting. It is connected to the QNAP via iscsi and you can check this within ISCSI Initiator on the CCH-Restore;

When I first checked it was as below:

All the settings looked correct so I bounced the box, then manually disconnected this until it went to inactive. I then clicked connect again and it clicked in first time – Disk has now appeared;

Re-scanned in Veeam to confirm that is seeing the disk now.

N:B: In the future when updating the server I would recommend disabling the jobs that target QNAP02 then re-enabling them after the work is complete.
