Appliance error when opening Service Charges
Sometimes when access service charges, you might get this error:
How to fix:
1) Close HMS completely
2) Go to C:\orch10_1.oe117\live on file explorer
3) Double click Live
4) 
This opens the GUI version of the HMS, you can leave this open and then reopen HMS as normal. Service Charges should be working for you now.
TEST
Same as above steps but go to C:\orchXX_1.oe117\test and open Test
