Change Noise Suppression

Open 8x8 Work
Click 'Settings' towards the bottom left of the window
Click on 'Audio and Video'
Set 'Noise Suppression Level' to 'Very High' by clicking on the dropdown and ensure 'Automatically adjust mic sensitivity' is ok
Once you have changed these settings you can go back to using 8x8 Work as normal as it will save automatically

If you wish to test your call quality to check for background noise if you scroll to be bottom of the bottom of the 'Audio & Video' settings and click 'Call Testing Service'. This will give you prompts for what is being tested.
