Stopping Autoreply bounce back on Enquiries Queue

Log into apps.8x8.com
- Open 'Configuration Manager for Contact Centre'
- Go to 'Scripts'
- Go to the 'Email' tab
- Click the pencil next to 'Enquiries Email' script
- Click on the 'Script' tab
- Click one of the 'Check Names' and click Add
- Select 'Label'
- Enter your 'Object Tab' of the name of the e-mail you are adding (not the full address) this name must be unique
- Ok
- Select your new label click and click add
- Select 'Check Sender'
- Object name should be the same as your label leave all other options as default
- The pattern should be the e-mail address you want to check (full address)
- Ok
- This will then show 2 new options in the script underneath your newly entered items. Click 'Matched'
- Add
- Select 'Goto'
- Object Tag should be F2Q followed by a number, this must be unique
- Destination should be 'F2Q 1'
