Adding an SOR to DRS
The objective of this work instruction is to describe the steps needed to add an SOR into the DRS system and link it to a task template.
This instruction would be carried out when an SOR has been added to the Orchard Housing Management system. The SOR in question then needs to be added to DRS and linked to a task template so that when a repair is loaded in Orchard; the task is generated in DRS with the associated SMV.
In order to complete the task you will need to know the task template which should have been passed to you by the requestor. A list of the Template ID’s can be found in Task Templates.xlsx
