Clicking repair history shows "bad gateway" on Housing Web
Bad gateway is a build up of cache on Housing Web, this needs to be cleared. How to do this:
- Go to https://live-web.beyondhousing.co.uk/web/
- The following may happen:
- You have bad gateway already
- You are already logged in and it's on the search page
- You're asked to sign in
- If you're on the screen with the search page, please log out so it goes to the log in screen.
- At the top left, click the little padlock and click cookies and site data (On Edge, this is just called "cookies")
- Click "manage cookies and site data"
- Click on the bin icon on all the links, there may be more than one
- On edge, you click on the links and then click remove
- Once this is done, refresh the page. Log back into Housing Web.
- Return to CRM and refresh the page
- Click on Repair History again and this should open now
