Slowness or "Bad Gateway" in Housing Web
This guide is if you have experience any kind of slowness or you get “bad gateway” and it’s confirmed not the same for others and IT have advised there is no server issues.
Go to Housing Web login screen (Log out if logged in)
At the top left near the web link, there is a lock icon, click on this.
Click on where it says “Cookies”
Click on the options in the cookies field to highlight them and click “Remove”, repeat this for any others. (You may have more than the screenshot, remove all). Click “Done” when finished
Close your browser and reopen, sign back into Housing Web.
